Suite 116, conveniently situated at the heart of Jamaica Queens on Sutphin Blvd, is easily accessible via the LIR, Q6 Bus, and affordable cab services. Just a brief ten-minute commute from the central transportation hub of Jamaica Ave, our two-floor multi-purpose event hall stands ready to assist with events of any scale.   • Are there any restrictions on catering or vendors?
    No restrictions on vendors.
  • Are there additional fees for setup and cleanup services?
    Yes there is a mandatory cleaning fee.
  • What amenities are included in the rental fee?
    10-12 Long six feet tables ,Cooler for beverages, 8 chaffing dishes for food. WiFi, hall lighting , 2 TV’s USB Accessible.
  • Can we bring in our own decorations or is there a preferred vendor?
    Yes , customers are permitted to bring in there own decor. Decor is available an additional cost.
  • Are there any noise restrictions or time limits for events?
    All music must played at an appropriate level. DJ’s must be mindful of the base.
  • What is the cancellation policy?
    Cancellation Policy - We don’t offer cash refunds. All events can be scheduled with a change of date up to one year.
  • What is the capacity of the event hall?
    80 people max
  • Is there on-site parking available for guests?
    Street Parking is available.
  • Is there a preferred list of vendors for services such as catering, music, or photography?
    Yes, please inquire within.
  • What is the payment schedule for booking the event hall?
    50 percent deposit, balance will be given a date to pay in full.
